Sponsorships

Over the last several years, members have inquired about sponsoring events during our Marketing & Distribution Convention. We will never hard-sell this to our members, but if you are interested in sponsoring an event, you have a number of options. Sponsorship is your opportunity to let your company stand out and, at the same time, support maintaining the traditional low cost of our meetings. Sponsorships are available only to members of our Association. Call the office at (314) 878-2304 for details.


Display Sponsor
Cost $350 Number  Available: Multiple
Status: AVAILABLE

NEW! Opportunity to showcase your company though a display in our convention registration area for a 1.5 hour period. We would be happy to discuss with you the time and location that would be best for you and your company. Sponsor must provide a vector image to the Association for signage or supply their own signage. 


Refreshment Break
Cost: $600 Number  Available: One
Status: AVAILABLE

 Wednesday and Thursday mornings are when many of our attendees will be going from meeting to meeting and looking to make contact with other attendees. Refreshment and snacks will be provided from 2:45 – 3:00 pm on Wednesday and 10:15 – 10:30 am on Thursday for attendees to enjoy between meetings.

Sponsor may display signage near the refreshment break area and provide printed sales information. Association will provide signage showing sponsor’s name, in addition to being noted with their name and logo in the official program. Sponsor must provide a vector image to the Association for signage or supply their own signage.


Welcome Station
Cost: $900  Number Available: One
Status: AVAILABLE

Tuesday morning many of our attendees will be at the Registration Desk looking to make contact with other attendees as they arrive. The welcome station will be open from 9:00 am-noon. Sponsor may display signage and provide printed sales information near registration table. Sponsor may give away promotional materials to attendees. Association will provide signage showing sponsor’s name, in addition to being noted with their name and logo in the official program. Sponsor must provide a vector image to the Association for signage or supply their own signage.


Session Speakers
Cost $1,500 – $3,000  Number Available: Three
Status: AVAILABLE

Sponsor may have display signage and printed sales information in the meeting room during the session and will be thanked by the Association President at the opening of the session. The Association will provide signage showing sponsor’s name, in addition to being noted with their name and logo in the official program. Sponsors must provide a vector image to Association for signage or supply their own signage. NEW! Includes one free registration.


Welcome Bag
Cost: Based on delivery charges per room. Estimated $1-5/room. Call Association office for details.
Number Available: Three – cost per room reduced based on the number of sponsors.
Status: AVAILABLE 

In-Room Delivery by Hotel Staff. The Hotel Staff will deliver sponsor’s promotional items (golf balls, water bottles, pens and brochures, etc.) to the attendees’ hotel rooms.
