Distribution Partnership Opportunities

The focus of the Marketing & Distribution Convention is to establish new channels of distribution for shortline farm equipment, and the meeting offers a variety of opportunities to do just that.
Among them:
  • MarketPlace
  • Contact Session
  • Space for independently scheduled meetings
  • Networking opportunities

This FEMA-hosted event is 2:30 to 4 p.m. Tuesday. Members of the marketing associate section will staff exhibit booths with information about the territories they cover and services they offer. Manufacturers will visit the MarketPlace looking for distribution partners.

Marketing members receive exhibit space as part of their meeting registration. You need only request the space, which includes a 6-foot skirted table and two chairs. The MarketPlace is positioned to maximize participation from manufacturers. It is adjacent to the Contact Session.
Contact Session
EMDA sponsors this session, which is designed to offer opportunities for quick introductions between manufacturers, wholesalers, and independent reps. It is also 2:30 to 4 p.m. Tuesday. Consider it a starting point for scheduling appointments with distributors later in the week.
Independently Scheduled Meetings
The convention offers time and space for one-on-one conversations, and calendars fill quickly! You are encouraged to monitor the registration list on this web site and schedule appointments in advance.
Networking Opportunities
The convention includes a series of joint sessions with this Association and EMDA to facilitate conversations between distributors and manufacturers.
