Over the last several years, members have inquired about sponsoring events during our Marketing & Distribution Convention. We will never hard-sell this to our members, but if you are interested in sponsoring an event, you have a number of options. Sponsorships are available only to members of our Association. Display Sponsor
Cost $350

Status: AVAILABLE

NEW! Opportunity to showcase your company though a display in our convention registration area for select time periods. We would be happy to discuss with you the time and location that would be best for you and your company. 


Refreshment Break: Wednesday @ 11 am
Cost: $500 Number Available: One
Status: NOT AVAILABLE

The refreshment break, is between our group session and breakout sessions, provides refreshments and a snack for attendees to enjoy between meetings.

Sponsor may display signage near the refreshment break area and provide printed sales information. Association will provide signage showing sponsor’s name and include the name and logo in the official printed program. Sponsor must provide a vector image to Association for signage or supply their own signage.

This refreshment break, between our group session and breakout sessions. It will provide coffee, tea, and pastries for attendees to enjoy between meetings.

Welcome Station
Cost: $750 Number Available: Multiple
Status: AVAILABLE

Tuesday morning many of our attendees will be at the Registration Desk looking to make contact with other attendees as they arrive. The welcome station will be open from 9:00 am-noon. Sponsors may have display booth and signage near station and provide printed sales information. Association will provide signage showing sponsor’s name and their name and logo in the official program.


Session Speakers
Cost $1,000 Number Available: Three
Status: ONE AVAILABLE

Sponsor may have display booth and signage in the meeting room during the session and will be thanked by the Association President at the opening of the session. Sponsor’s ad will appear in the printed program, on the projection screen prior to start of the session, and on banners at the front of the room. Sponsors must provide a vector image to Association for signage or supply their own signage. Contact office for information on sessions still available and price options.


In Room Delivery by Hotel Staff
Cost: $2.50 delivery charges per room. Call Association office for details.
Number Available: Three – cost per room reduced based on the number of sponsors.
Status: AVAILABLE 

The Hotel Staff will deliver sponsor’s promotional items (golf balls, water bottles, pens and brochures, etc.) to the attendees’ hotel rooms.
