Houston is the 4th largest city in the US and has 2.2 million residents. There is lots to do in Houston both throughout the city and near the hotel in downtown Houston.
Exploring Houston The Houston Rockets host the Cleveland Cavaliers on the Thursday we’re in town. Game time is 7 p.m. at Toyota Center, which is close to the hotel. Learn more at FarmEquip.org/NBA.  
 The hotel also is conveniently located near the city’s extraordinary museum district, a theater   district celebrated as one of the best in the nation, and city jewels such as Discovery Green and   the Downtown Aquarium.
Downtown Houston is home to Green Street featuring House of Blues – live music and dining, Lucky Strike – eat, drink and knock down pins, shops and numerous restaurants, the Downtown Aquarium, and the George Bush Monument.
Downtown Theater District – Houston is one of only five cities with permanent professional resident companies for all of the major performing arts, including opera, ballet, music, and theater.
Discovery Green – a 12 acre park located in downtown Houston. Visitors can enjoy many natural, recreational, art, dining, and eco-friendly features.
Tunnel System – A 7-mile network of shops, restaurants and downtown office buildings. The tunnel system runs under most of the major downtown buildings and allows pedestrians passage between buildings without having to enter the outside elements of weather and traffic. Open Monday through Friday until 6 pm.
In the greater Houston area you can explore the Museum District, the Houston Zoo, and Space Center Houston. Space Center Houston has many amazing exhibits theaters, virtual reality games, and interactive displays. On Thursday we are offering a private tour through the Space Center Houston including a tram tour of the NASA grounds.
