Below is a brief schedule of events for guests. While we have highlighted events we believe will interest those who register as Spouse/Guest,  you are welcome in any session or meeting, as long as space permits.

Wednesday April 18th

Registration desk – In addition to picking up name badges, the registration desk is a great spot to meet other attendees, visit staff, and get answers to any questions you may have.

Welcome Reception – The Welcome Reception is from 6:30 to 9:30 pm, and is a great place to meet fellow attendees, catch up on old times and meet new colleagues. There is no formal program for this event, so feel free to stop in as your plans permit. Many guests will still be arriving, therefore travel casual attire is fine.

Thursday April 19th

Guest/Spouse Tour – Guests have the option to sign up for a tour on Thursday. See below for more information (Additional fee)

Supplier Showcase & Reception – The Showcase is the highlight of the Supply Summit. Come walk through and visit many of our member companies. Showcase is from 2-4:30 pm, reception opens at 3:15 pm.

Omaha Crawl – This year’s crawl will take us though the Old Market of Omaha. It will be an evening of fun, festivities, and maybe a few spirits! The crawl begins at 8 pm.

Escape to an urban oasis of beauty and tranquility to experience the glory of Lauritzen Gardens. Located on a bluff just west of the Missouri River, the garden is a multi-sensory experience for all ages. Attendees will enjoy garden areas of seasonal interest including the Marjorie K. Daugherty Conservatory, a 17,500 square foot walkable work of art for all seasons. From tropical gardens with soaring palms and vibrant flowers, to temperate gardens and an ever-changing gallery space for magnificent floral displays and special events. Lauritzen Gardens is also home to an arboretum, bird sanctuary, Victorian garden, woodland trail and waterfall in addition to other garden areas.

The garden tour will be followed by lunch at Stokes Southwest Grill and Wine Bar. Our group will enjoy a relaxing lunch in a private room. Following lunch participants can either choose to return to the Hilton via coach bus, or stay in the Old Market area of Omaha and do a little afternoon shopping.
